With the subconscious, the person is not aware of what they are doing. It is the source of creativity and destructiveness. They can use focus and visualization to influence what is happening with their subconscious. If this is done often enough, there will be a change with the unconscious mind. A person?s internal belief system will be changed. This is when a person will begin to see how the positive ways the laws of attraction can change their lives.
The subconscious mind is the real key to the laws of attraction. Some people have a little bit of success because they do not get rid of their limiting beliefs. They may not realize that they have these beliefs or they may not want to admit that they have them. Some ways that this can be addressed involves: subliminal messaging, hypnosis, or visualization, and meditation. All of them are techniques that can be used to communicate with the subconscious and change the messages that are replayed there. Meditation may be one of the best techniques that can be used in order for a person to figure out the negative thoughts and beliefs that are holding them back from their desires.
