Cummins Power Generation requires a Global Sales Training Specialist to join our technical sales training team in Kent.

As Sales Training Specialist, you will have global responsibility for the development of online and classroom sales training material for the Cummins Power Generation sales training program:

Globally responsible and accountable of developing technical sales training modules - developing the framework for sales training modules per the feedback from the business
Clearly understand and emphasize the global strategy and objectives
Act as a change agent to explore and integrate innovative sales training delivery methods into the program
Project manage the training development team
Analyzing and understand customer level sales dynamics
Identify and develop external vendors
Recommend and implement innovative design changes
Coach the Sales Training Coordinator on managing tasks

As Global Sales Training Specialist you should possess a degree or equivalent, ideally in a technical or business discipline, plus have experience working in a technical training capacity, working with the customer to determine training requirements.

You must possess strong communication skills, have the ability to work with cross functional teams and enjoy playing an active role in projects that will lead to improvements in our technical sales training material and communications.
