Twenty hours after news broke that Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are getting married, the singer was spotted leaving Los Angeles on Thursday to reportedly jet off to visit her fiancé on the Louisiana set of his new movie, "Empire State."

It's not the first public outing for Miley since she announced she and her boyfriend of three years plan to marry. On Wednesday, she was spotted in Malibu wearing her new bling at a photo shoot and walking around the beachside town with her mom, Tish, according to the Mirror.

Sources told Radar Online that her parents are hoping she and Liam will wait a bit to get married, but other sources tell UsMagazine.com that despite her young age, she's ready to make some very adult moves in her life.

"She's very mature! She's 19 going on 40, so she is ready for [marriage]. Liam likes her wild side, but Miley's also mature and supportive. They're both ready for this," the source said, adding that as for wedding plans, "Nothing yet [is planned], but she's starting to work on it!"

Meanwhile, insiders tell People.com that "she's pretty independent already." The source added, "They're just so happy she's found someone who makes her so happy. Billy Ray loves Liam. He's happy his daughter has found the right guy. The whole family loves Liam."

Hemsworth popped the question on May 31 after three years of dating. He asked with a 3.5-carat Neil Lane sparkler.

Miley is taking some time out of recording her next album to visit Hemsworth. According to sources, that album will reflect her more mature state of mind. Recording with the likes of Pharrell and Hit-Boy, the insider shared, "We are watching a young girl turn into a young woman."

(AP) ? Taco Bell, often a late-night indulgence with its inexpensive fare, is going more upscale.

The chain said Wednesday it plans an early July rollout of a menu addition created by celebrity chef Lorena Garcia for its nearly 5,600 U.S. restaurants. New items feature such ingredients as black beans, cilantro rice, citrus- and herb-marinated chicken and cilantro dressing.

The introduction of items that Taco Bell executive Brian Niccol described as "gourmet Mexican," is a venture onto the turf of casual-dining chains such as Chipotle Mexican Grill and Qdoba Mexican Grill known for higher-quality ingredients.

It's a departure from such standards as tacos, burritos and chalupas that Taco Bell's core young-adult customers crave and that will remain mainstays on menu boards.

Introduction of the Cantina Burrito Bowl and Cantina Burrito is part of the Irvine, Calif.-based chain's transformation as its customers increasingly look for more than a quick bite on the go, said Niccol, Taco Bell's chief marketing and innovation officer.

He credits Garcia, who will appear on Bravo's "Top Chef Masters" show this summer, as the force behind the Cantina Bell menu that the chain expects to eventually expand.

"She brought a lot of new thinking, a lot of fresh approaches to our ingredients that change the flavor profile of the brand," Niccol said.

The additions going nationwide July 5 take a bigger bite out of the wallet, but the newcomers are also bigger than the chain's regular burritos. The Cantina Burrito Bowl and Cantina Burrito, offered with chicken or steak, will sell for nearly $5 apiece. A vegetarian option will be offered, also for nearly $5.

Side dishes include chips and pico de gallo or corn salsa, chips and guacamole, or black beans and rice. Each will sell for $1.49.

The goal is to give regular customers more choices and to lure new business.

Niccol acknowledged that the push for quality will draw some skepticism. So the chain said it will refund customers or offer them replacement items if they don't like the new Cantina Bell dishes. The refund or replacement is a long-standing company policy, but now the chain is publicizing it.

"Our experience has been when they try it, nobody's returning them," he said.

The new items were tested for months in Louisville and Bakersfield and Fresno, Calif. The results included improved lunch and dinner business along with an uptick in women customers, he said.

Mark Kalinowski, an analyst with Janney Capital Markets, said the Cantina Bell line could find a niche between Taco Bell's less-expensive core items and the more-expensive fare at Mexican restaurants such as Chipotle and Qdoba.

"Maybe there's room in the market for that type of positioning to do well," he said. "I would bet this will be a winner."

Garcia, a featured guest on NBC's "Today Show" and "The Biggest Loser," started working with Taco Bell in the fall of 2010.

"They were looking to ... expand their food to offer new flavors with great taste," she said. "I saw this as an opportunity to help create diversity to the Taco Bell experience."

The company will put more than $20 million of TV and digital marketing into the first month or so of the rollout, Niccol said.

The rollout is the latest in a series of big developments for a chain that's been on a roller coaster ride.

In March, Taco Bell introduced its Doritos Locos Tacos, with shells made out of Nacho Cheese Doritos. The chain sold 100 million of the tacos in the first 10 weeks of sales, exceeding its expectations, said Taco Bell spokesman Rob Poetsch.

In January, the chain started offering breakfast at nearly 800 restaurants mostly in the Western U.S. Taco Bell hopes to go nationwide with its breakfast burritos, sausage and egg wraps and hash browns by the end of 2014, Niccol said.

Meanwhile, Taco Bell's sales rebounded in the first three months of the year following a nearly yearlong slump stemming from a short-lived lawsuit that raised questions about its meat filling.

Taco Bell accounts for about 60 percent of U.S. profit for Louisville-based Yum Brands Inc., whose chains also include KFC and Pizza Hut.

In its first-quarter earnings this year, Yum said sales at Taco Bell stores open at least a year ? an indicator of a restaurant chain's health ? rose 6 percent. Yum executives predicted even more robust gains for the chain in the second quarter.

Timothy Bradley Better Off As Bodybuilder Than Boxer According to ...

Manny Pacquiao?s ?Hall of Fame? trainer Freddie Roach believes that Timothy Bradley, the current WBC light-welterweight champion, will be a cake walk for his man because he thinks the 28-year-old undefeated Californian will not be able to cope up with the speed of his fighter.

Bradley and Pacquiao, the current WBC welterweight champion, will lock horns on June 9 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada and while expressing thoughts on the fight, Roach said he has never been impressed by Bradley.

The 52-year-old insisted that Bradley looks great as a bodybuilder but he is not good at all as a boxer.

?He looks great for a bodybuilding contest. But for a boxer? I mean how long can he carry that (body) most of the round,? said the celebrated trainer.

?But how hard can he throw a punch?? added Roach.

?How slow is he (for the fight)? He?ll be slow-mo,? said Roach. ?With all that muscle he?s going to be slow. He has all the muscle. (But) No protection,? Roach was shown in HBO?s 24/7 telling Pacquiao in a recent session.

The five-time trainer of the Year is in no mood of buying the thought that Bradley will be able to pass Pacquiao with all of his muscles.

The Filipino star, who holds a record of winning 54 of his 59 professional fights (2 Draws), with 38 of his wins coming by the way of a knockout, has natural ability of throwing punches from all angles at a lightning fast speed yet many are of the view that Bradley has more punching power than Pacquiao.

Nevertheless, Roach doesn?t think so.

?Nope. He?s never been a puncher he never will be,? he said.

?Punchers are born, not made,? Roach added.

Well, all said and done, there is not much time left in the fight now so let?s see if Pacquiao can really become the first man to beat Bradley in the ring.

Fed survey finds US growth, hiring mostly steady

(AP) ? A Federal Reserve survey found that the U.S. economy grew moderately in most regions of the country this spring and companies kept hiring. It was a hopeful sign after a spate of gloomy data released last week.

The Fed survey shows growth in each of its 12 bank districts from April 3 through May 25. Growth was moderate or modest in 10 districts, steady in the Boston district, and slowed in the Philadelphia region.

Hiring was steady or rose modestly, according to the Fed's report, known as the "Beige Book." That's in stark contrast to the government's jobs report last week, which said employers added the fewest jobs in a year in May and the unemployment rate ticked up to 8.2 percent from 8.1 percent in April.

It was the second positive reading on the economy this week. On Tuesday, a private survey found that the service sector expanded at a slightly faster pace than the previous month. The industries surveyed cover about 90 percent of the economy and include health care, retail, construction and financial services.

The Dow Jones industrial average was up more than 200 points in afternoon trading, extending its first two-day winning streak since late April.

The survey was mostly positive. Manufacturing and home sales improved in most districts, as did residential and commercial construction. Auto sales were strong in most areas. And businesses sought more loans, which could signal expansion plans. Small and medium-sized banks in the New York district reported the most broad-based increase in loan demand since the mid-1990s.

But the survey also pointed to some weakness in the economy. Consumer spending was flat or increased only slightly in almost all districts. That could restrain growth because consumer spending drives 70 percent of economic activity.

Americans received little in the way of pay raises. Weak wage growth could also dampen consumer spending in the coming months.

Still, gas prices have dropped sharply since peaking on April 6. That could allow consumers and businesses latitude to spend more freely.

The Beige Book is released eight times a year and is based on surveys by the Fed's 12 regional banks. There are no numbers in the report. But its findings, which are released two weeks before the Fed's policy meeting, help influence the discussions.

Those discussions may be especially contentious when the Fed's board meets June 19-20. Last week's disappointing jobs report has heightened pressure on the central bank to take steps to accelerate growth and hiring.

Some Fed policymakers, who believe inflation is largely in check, may favor new stimulus measures. But other Fed officials fear that low interest rates and the central bank's previous bond-buying programs could soon push up inflation. They will likely resist any new steps.

The Fed will also have to grapple with recent changes in the economic outlook. At its last meeting in late April, Fed policy makers slightly upgraded their forecasts. They projected growth at about 2.7 percent this year, up from 2.5 percent in January. They also nudged down their unemployment rate forecasts to just below 8 percent.

Wall Street economists, however, have since moved in the other direction, particularly in light of the dismal jobs report. Many now expect the economy to expand by only about 2 percent this year, down from earlier estimates of 2.5 percent.

Several other pessimistic reports were released last week. Manufacturing activity slowed last month, consumer confidence tumbled and a gauge of future home sales fell. Americans' incomes grew in April at the weakest pace in five months.

And the government said the economy expanded at a tepid 1.9 percent annual rate in the first three months of 2012. That's down from 3 percent in the fourth quarter.
